A rather large living room accompanied with dining area plus shared with an open plan kitchen. The 1st floor is comprised of two double bedrooms, a master ensuite bedroom, a sofa bed area, one bathroom to be shared amongst the two bedrooms. Each bedroom is composed of a double bed accompanied with two bedside tables, a large fitted wardrobe and favourable sized windows. The third bedroom is an ensuite and larger in space. The ensuite bathroom has the option of shower or bath. There is a cleaning fee which is to be paid upon arrival to the person who hands the keys to you.
