Salvo Shanghai is positioned in an excellent area that is close to everything including restaurants, shops and various must-see attractions. Two metro lines are also within walking distance which means guests can easily access areas that are further away.

Guests reported that although many of the staff members don't speak or understand all that much English, they still tried their best to be helpful and accommodating. They are always smiling, they rectify issues very quickly and they try to make guests as comfortable as possible during their entire stay.

There is no Wi-Fi available at this hotel and guests reported that the high-speed service that is supposed to be available hardly ever works and when it does work, it is very slow.
