Saint George Hotel Prague (Prague, Czech Republic)

Many guests enjoyed the breakfast that was served, advising there was a wide variety of food available including sausages, cereals and cakes. Others advised the food had an excellent taste.

Most visitors were happy with the hotel’s setting. It is near a metro station and trams. This establishment is also close to bars, restaurants and to some of Prague’s attractions, including the Old Town. If you are planning to stay in Prague, this hotel may be the right option for you.

The response from travellers regarding the service they received from the Saint George employees was mixed. While some found the hotel employees to be unwelcoming and sullen, others advised the complete opposite. They remarked the hotel personnel were pleasant and willing to help with any requests they had, including giving tips regarding the best places to visit in Prague. The positive opinions from guests just about outweighed the negative ones, but it may be an idea to give staff members some additional customer service training.

There were a number of complaints regarding the air conditioning. Some guests advised the air conditioner did not work properly, leaving the room far too hot and that staff members failed to resolve the problem.

Some visitors were disappointed with the state of the Wi-Fi, stating the speed of the Wi-Fi wasn’t fast enough and that it kept disconnecting, leaving some travellers trying to use the Wi-Fi in their rooms frustrated.

Some travellers to Saint George were upset with the condition of the shower. They remarked the water kept alternating between hot and cold, making it difficult for them to have a decent shower.
