All rooms are newly renovated and are nicely designed. The rooms have all the necessities that you need, and all of them work quite well. The bed is comfortable for a good sleep. There's both high-pressure hot and cold water in the bathroom. The provided bathrobe and slippers are also a nice touch.

Many tourist attractions like the Spanish Steps and Borghese Gallery can be reached by foot. The hotel is also a kilometre away from a bus stop. Moreover, there is also a free transportation to the airport provided by the hotel for your convenience.

Alessandro Trapasso, the current hotel manager and director, has been claiming most of the praises for this hotel. His excellent and courteous service has lead guests to come back to the establishment. If you'll be having any trouble with your stay here, you can speak to him directly.

The staff members of the hotel always wear a smile on their faces, and most of them are genuinely friendly. However, there were many complaints about their poor performance. You might be disappointed when one of your requests will not be fulfilled properly, or will not be fulfilled at all. You can always speak to the manager directly if this happens.

Perhaps because of its size, the hotel does not have a proper dining area. If you want to eat breakfast, you have no choice but to dine in your room. However, there are many dining options outside the establishment.

The tiny elevator on-site can only fit three to four people, which could be inconvenient and uncomfortable. Moreover, there are no grand facilities, and the rooms are generally small.
