The Riviera Hotel is situated on the Berg River, overlooking the wetland and its abundant bird-life. The Riviera mudflat is perhaps the most famous of the Velddrif birding localities and a number of rarities have been seen here. The Hotel offers single and double en-suite accommodation with selected DSTV and SABC channels. The rooms are spacious and you can enjoy a lovely view of the Berg River from your private equipped patio. The Riviera Chalets are situated next to the Riviera Hotel, on the banks of the Berg River. The Chalets (10) are fully self-catered with built-in braai and patio overlooking the wetland and its abundant bird-life. All units have a fully equipped open plan kitchen to a spacious living room. The a la carte restaurant, "The Pont" is well-known for its seafood and also offers a variety of meat dishes. The restaurant is famous for its scrumptious Sunday buffet lunch for the whole family.
