The food served at the on-site restaurant was said to be well -prepared whilst the portions were said to be generous. Quite a big number of guests mentioned that the decor in the rooms was starting to look rather tired as they objected to the old-fashioned furniture and upholstery. The televisions were said to be dated and many also noted that the bathrooms would benefit from modernisation.
Guests said that they were able to hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms due to the inadequate soundproofing. Noise from the hallways late at night was also said to be an issue for some of the guests.
