Resort St. Regis Deer Valley (Park City, USA)

Guests loved the rooms. Guests commented that the rooms were very modern and styled to a high standard inclusive of cosy fireplaces and sofas. Guests also loved the views across the mountains from their generous balconies.

Guests spent a lot of time lazing by the pool and in the hot tub which it seems from reviews was the best spot for relaxing. Guests also said that the restaurant on-site was superb and a great place for a drink and evening meal.

The truely mountain position of the hotel was for some the highlight of their stay. Many seasoned skiers commented that it was excellent for a ski holiday due to its mountain position. Guests also loved the free shuttle into Park City where they could visit the many restaurants and bars.

A number of guests who had less than an ideal experience with the staff at the hotel did not leave positive comments about their interaction. Guests said that the service in the spa was not friendly, that the reception was cool and that service in the restaurant could be slow.

Guests were not happy at some of the timings of the daily housekeeping and turndown services. Guests said that they were interrupted and their stay could have been improved if this service was more seamless.

A number of guests were a bit miffed that they had to pay extra to access the sauna in the hotel. Guests said that for the price paid for this exclusive resort that they felt this access should have been included in the price. Guests were also not happy at having to pay extra for high speed Wi-Fi.
