Lots of reviewers used this hotel for layovers because of its handy location about 1.5 miles from Los Angeles International Airport. Guests also liked the free airport shuttle bus service provided.

Most reviewers found the hotel staff to be friendly, efficient, courteous and helpful. Attention to detail seemed to be high on their agenda and guests largely reported having queries handled quickly.

The lion's share of visitors described this airport hotel as being a good all-rounder that offered decent value for money due to the comfortable rooms, convenient location and standard of cleanliness throughout. Soundproofing in the rooms seemed to work well with few visitors reporting lost sleep due to noisy nights.

One downside of being so close to such a major transport hub is that some of the rooms overlooked the vast airport parking lots nearby, which a few guests thought was unfortunate.
