Regency Art Hotel (Macau, China)

The hotel offers guests a free shuttle service to various places nearby including the center of the city during different times of the day. This was a nice service to have for guests who wanted to visit the area.

The outdoor pool is found to be a nice facility by guests who took the time to relax there during nice weather because it was clean and surrounded by trees. The gym is also another facility that is given high marks for its good equipment.

The hotel is located next to nice attractions like restaurants and casinos which were a nice distraction for guests. It is also conveniently located to the airport by car and to get to the city center by taxi or bus transportation. Some guests also enjoyed the nice views of the city from their rooms.

Guests had a difficult time surfing the web during their stay which was not available at all in the rooms. Wi-Fi was available in the public lobby, but many found this very uncomfortable given there were many people trying to get a decent reception. If guests wanted to have in-room Wi-Fi they had to pay a high price for it.

The hotel was found to be out-of-date by many guests. The building is said to be full of mold and the décor to be reminiscent of the 1970s. The hotel has a need for new furnishings and a decent paint job. Rooms and furnishings are described as old-school and the décor could use an upgrade.

Some guests found the hotel's breakfast to be too Chinese in style and not Westernized in options. They had a difficult time choosing food items that they were comfortable eating. The hotel seems to attract a clientele who are used to the breakfast options and the breakfast room was found to be overcrowded at times.
