The rooms are so dirty that many guests had a hard time dealing with the mould or the stench. Many rooms had only one towel to share amongst however many guests were staying. Along with the other ailments of the rooms there are many cigarette burns in the furnishings and carpets.

While cleanliness was already discussed many people specifically report the linen situation as a chief concern. The towels were either non-existent, or threadbare. On top of that the towels were reported to stink and a select few had mould growing on them. Guests often commented and stated they wondered if the towels had ever been washed.

The staff were reported to be openly arrogant and hostile towards guests who were of differing ethnicities, often making rude comments in their native tongue, thinking that guests could not understand them. When guests asked for help from the front desk, they were turned away. Guests urge others not to go to this hotel until management can be notified, or changes made.
