The people that work here are extremely friendly and even if things don’t go to plan, they will try their best to help you out. They are always smiling even when busy and under pressure. Excellent customer service.
The pool areas and the gym are kept in perfect condition which pleases a lot of guests. They reckon that it’s great value for money considering all that you get included in your rate such as really fast internet and a free breakfast.
This place is certainly not up to the usual Radisson standard, and many guests are shocked at how poorly maintained the rooms are. They said that there were several broken items in the room that weren’t replaced or fixed.
From having only two people checking in scores of people to not having the rooms ready until long after check-in, this hotel isn’t managed very well. There are some serious planning issues, and it would seem that the management need to learn how to manage again.
The restaurants on-site have quite limited menus, and although the food isn’t terrible, it’s average at best. When you have to choose from the same small menu each day, things get tiresome very quickly.
