This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone who loves to shop. The second largest mall in the country is within a short distance of the hotel and the hotel's free shuttle means you can get there with ease. Guests also like the hotel's proximity to Downtown Philadelphia.

With very few exceptions, guests describe the staff at the hotel as welcoming and friendly. A few guests thought the staff were a little indifferent if issues were brought to them, but most found them friendly and attentive.

Reviews of the hotel rooms are a little mixed. Many guests were more than satisfied with the standard of the accommodation, but some raise issues. There doesn't appear to any major concerns, but rather some general wear and tear and a lack of attention to detail from housekeeping. It seems that some rooms have been renovated, but others have not.

A number of guests mention that there are some internal noise issues to contend with, stating that they were able to hear people returning from the casino in the late evening/early morning. Perhaps those returning guests were particularly happy after a win. but it meant those already in their beds could have done with some earplugs.
