Radisson Blu 1835 & Thalasso Cannes is a 4-star hotel looking out over the Cannes Old Harbour and La Croisette boulevard, five minutes’ walk from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. The hotel has a 400-square metre rooftop terrace, private beach access, and features the Les Thermes Marins de Cannes Spa & Thalasso — including indoor and outdoor heated saltwater pools, sauna, Turkish bath and a sea-view Jacuzzi. Standard rooms come with old town and Le Suquet views, en-suite bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, a minibar, bathrobe and slippers. Radisson Blu 1835 & Thalasso Cannes also has a fitness centre, full concierge services and private paid parking. Five fully-equipped meeting rooms are also available. The hotel has two restaurants, offering rooftop Mediterranean fare and healthy meals at Le Bio in Les Thermes Marins. Gare de Cannes Station is 1.6 kilometres away and Cannes-Mandelieu Airport is a 5.8 kilometre drive.

Guests loved the outlook over the marina from the rooftop terrace, restaurant and bar, the spa and pool centre was found to be excellent, and many rooms also came with fantastic views, as well as lovely bathrooms.
Radisson Blu 1835 & Thalasso Cannes’ location was said to be great, close to beaches, including the hotel’s own private beach, just under Musée de la Castre, and with shopping and restaurants found nearby.
The staff was generally found to be obliging, friendly and efficient, especially the porters and reception team, but others found the attitude of certain staff members a little disappointing.
While this seems to depend very much on what room you stay in, a small number of guests said that some rooms were disappointingly small considered what they had paid.
Some of those who stayed at Radisson Blu 1835 & Thalasso Cannes found the quarters to be, in their opinion, old and in need of a revamp and redecoration.
The extra prices which guests found during their stay are worth taking into consideration, with many surprised at the sizeable fee charged for using the spa facility, as well as for the breakfasts, which some also considered very expensive.
