The free breakfast buffet is considered to be tasty and varied. The items such as coffee, fruits, pastries and cold meats are enough to satisfy different tastes. Whether they like sweet or salty items, there was something for everyone to choose, plus it is included in the price.
Some guests found the smoke smell to be overpowering once they opened the door to their rooms. The strong smell of cigarettes was not alleviated by the staff members who merely gave guests an air spray. The smell would not go away nor did the staff change rooms for the guests.
The air-conditioning is controlled by the reception area and individual guests cannot control the temperature. Some guests had to call reception several times for the temperature to be tolerable. Some found it too hot in their rooms and would have liked to adjust the temperature themselves.
For guests with disabilities, the hotel does not provide an elevator for them to reach their rooms. There are only steps to climb up to the rooms so guests who need an elevator will not find one here.
