The staff members here work very hard to deliver fantastic customer service and always welcome you warmly with nothing ever being too much trouble for them as well their willingness to give advice and information on what there is to see and do in this wonderful city.
Housekeeping do a really good job of maintaining the rooms and ensuring that everything is kept spick and span with many previous customers impressed with how spotless they are in addition to the whole building being very clean and presentable.
A handful of guests found that the beds were quite uncomfortable and that this left them with aching backs in the morning and very tired due to the lack of sleep.
There have been some mentions by previous guests of there being too much noise particularly when trams are passing and also at breakfast time if your room is located close to the breakfast room and if it is busy.
