While you won’t find luxuries like a pool or gym on offer, things like the 24-hour front desk, the adjacent restaurant and the cameras in the car park offer comfort, security and convenience.
Guests are impressed by the standard of the rooms at the hotel. They are found in perfectly clean condition and offer plenty of space. The selection of included amenities is more than sufficient. Plus, those all-important showers and beds seem to be of great quality.
Staff at this hotel attract particular praise for their friendly manner with guests. They seem to resolve any small issues and requests without fuss while also ensuring that basic services such as check-in, room allocation and housekeeping run like clockwork.
While few guests found this to be a serious problem, it’s worth noting that there is no air-conditioning in the guest rooms. As a result, you may find the rooms get a little too hot at times. Fans are provided but these may be insufficient during warmer weather.
