The biggest draw to the town is that Stratford is steeped in Shakespearian history and guests at the Premier Inn were extremely satisfied with the location of the hotel in proximity to the major sites of interest.

Guests were extremely pleased with the all-you-can-eat breakfast, which includes cooked-to-order options for those on special diets (such as gluten-free requirements). They also complimented the range of choice. Guests who ate dinner or a special meal there (such as Sunday roast) also complimented both the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff.

Overall, most guests felt that the hotel was a good value for the money for both couples and families with appreciated modern amenities, such as good air conditioning in the rooms and brand new beds. Many disabled guests felt that the accommodations were very good (including the bathrooms) and were repeat customers.

The hotel makes an effort to accommodate guests with movement disabilities, but many guests complained that the lift was inadequate, and the upper hallways are a bit of a maze. The lift also seems to be out of service frequently causing a major hassle for groups or with travellers with a lot of baggage.

Many guests complained that the parking situation was inadequate. The hotel has an arrangement with a pub across the street for 20 minute drop-off and loading and is near several public car parks.
