If you like your hotel clean and tidy then you're going to love this place. Housekeeping is meticulous in keeping the rooms and communal areas of this hotel spotless.
Everybody working at this hotel does an excellent job of taking care of you and making you feel welcome. You'll really feel like a valued guest and if you have any requests they will be dealt with professionally and quickly.
When it comes to enjoying your morning meal here be prepared for quite a chaotic affair. You might have to queue up for a table to start with, and then there could be a shortage of food or lack of glasses. Management really needs to improve the breakfast service.
Something troubling is happening here. When you check in you're provided with free Wi-Fi, which is slow and patchy, and if you complain you're offered an improved ‘premium' Wi-Fi for an additional cost. Scandalous.
Whether your room is too hot or too cold, it can be quite hard to regulate the temperature thanks to the inefficient air conditioners. If you're having trouble getting a comfortable temperature in your room then report the problem to reception.
