Negative Reviews
negative:
Additional costs can mount up.
Although guests tend to find the nightly rates at this hotel are acceptable, some comment that additional costs can add up to a fair bit extra. Parking is the main bug bear but some guests also resented having to pay for the premium Wi-Fi. Plus, a number of guests would prefer that breakfast was included.
negative:
Hotel seems understaffed.
A number of reviews of this hotel indicate that you may find the property seems understaffed. The customer service seems fine - if you can actually find a member of staff. Similar comments about understaffing are also made in reference to the on-site restaurant.
negative:
Some noise concerns.
Noise doesn't bother all guests but some do mention that they were able to hear some traffic noise from the M1 and the A120. Guests also occasionally mention that internal soundproofing could be better.
