Although conceding that the car parking charge is reasonable, several guests would still prefer that free spaces were available at the hotel. It’s not a huge problem, but you’ll need to allow some room in your budget to cover the cost.
A number of guests found that in-room amenities such as towels, pillows and tea and coffee supplies were a little meagre. The staff are happy to offer more upon request, but it would be simpler all round if they were available upon arrival in your room.
Some reviews indicate that the restaurant sometimes gets a little too crowded for comfort. This is perhaps testament to the quality of the food, although a number of guests found that the service suffered during these busy periods.
