Porto A.S. 1829 Hotel (Porto, Portugal)

Guests have been very impressed with the hotel's location. You will be in the heart of the city and just a short walking distance from museums, attractions, shopping, restaurants and amazing views of the city.

Recently remodeled and in a historic building, the management has managed to take this old structure and turn it into an accommodation that is modern while still retaining its roots. You'll love the ambiance!

If you appreciate a staff that is attentive, multilingual and proud of their hotel and city, then you will love the Porto As 1829. Previous guests could not say enough about them.

Some guests like to feel like they are settling in permanently and put all of their affairs in the closets. However, some guests have mentioned that there was not too much space to put their articles, even if they were only there for a weekend.

If you will be arriving by car, contact the management to ask them for advice on the best car parks with the best rates, as the centre of the city can be expensive. Good advice could be to drop off the luggage before searching for parking.

While not all guests felt the same, some guests have commented on the size of the bathrooms and especially the showers. They were very clean, but they were just too tiny for some.
