Guests liked the clean rooms with modern design accents. They felt the rooms were well appointed. Wi-Fi worked well for guests. The beds are comfortable and as the hotel is fairly new the rooms are not worn out.

Guests liked the neighbourhood the hotel was in, which offered plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. The hotel can be easily accessed from the airport by bus. A metro station is a short walk away, making it easy to explore the rest of the city with public transportation.

Many guests felt the staff was very polite and friendly. They can help guests with directions or recommendations in the area. The luggage storage service was appreciated by guests who wanted to explore the city before it was check-in time. Guests also enjoyed the service at the restaurant.

Guests who like to work out found the fitness room to be on the small side and were disappointed that access to the room was limited to the morning hours.

Guests who booked rooms with a double bed were not happy to find out that is what not a queen size bed but two singles pushed together. They felt this made the bed less comfortable and created a middle crease between the two mattresses.

Guests felt the walls between rooms were on the thin side, so they could hear neighbouring guests at times. If you are sensitive to noise you might pack some earplugs to remedy this issue.
