Park Hotel Imperial (Limone sul Garda, Italy)

The hotel is located just a short distance from Lake Garda and guests in some rooms can glimpse the beautiful view of the lake. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.

The hotel’s staff members are very jovial and welcoming. They go out of their way to assist you and make your stay as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. They are also readily available and give you all the information you need whether it be at the front desk or through the concierge.

Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi both in their rooms and in public places such as the lobby. The Wi-Fi is at an acceptable speed and the signal is available throughout most of the hotel and is easy to connect to.

Some guests have complained about the pricing of services at the spa and health club. They felt that they were being overcharged for services that did not meet their standards.

A few guests thought that the guidelines regarding their pet’s accommodation at the hotel were a bit misleading. Those with pets were required to confine them in their rooms and not let them wonder in public areas and those who had no knowledge of this beforehand felt disappointed at having to lock their animals in their rooms.

Some have expressed their frustrations with the air conditioning units in the rooms. Common complaints were with regard to the inability to maintain a constant temperature, whether it be warm or slightly cool, and also the noise emitted while they were running.
