You will most likely be treated in a kind manner when staying at this hotel. Most guests have said that staff members are very warm and welcoming as well as helpful.

Though some people have said this hotel is more like a hostel, most also said they found it to be very quiet and clean throughout, including in the bathrooms. People have also said they liked the central location as it was close enough to walk to area points of interest and the train station.

Other positive comments guests had related to the cost of a night's stay being very budget-friendly, the nice added touch of the free and hot drinks all day and the fact that the hotel was a good place for everyone to stay - young and old alike as well as families.

There were a few complaints about some of the rooms being a little too small for some guests.

There were a couple of negative remarks about the beds and pillows being too hard as they were fashioned in Japanese-style; however, people should expect such differences as they are travelling in a country where the locals may enjoy firmer bedding and may find soft bedding unpleasant.

Though complaints were limited, it was mentioned that a few things could be improved, such as the appearance of the interior of the elevator and adding mirrors to the bathrooms.
