Guests were very pleased with the large and comfy beds. There were adequate pillows on the beds and the mattresses were all quite comfortable. The housekeeping staff give them a thorough cleaning on a regular basis.
The staff members are very warm and kind. They always go out of their way to make you feel right at home. They have a kind and welcoming approach which puts guests at ease from when they first walk into the hotel to the moment when checking out.
A few guests felt that the hotel could do with a bit of updating. Some pieces of furniture appeared to be run down and the carpets were a bit worn out in some areas.
During peak seasons some guests have complained that the hotel gets too busy and the pools and other public areas are swarming with too much activity.
