Omni Puerto Aventuras boasts gorgeous ocean views from a perfect beachfront location, also steps from the marina. Guests say you can easily get around the local area on foot, and walk to shops, restaurants, a grocery store and even a golf club. Other local sights, including Dolphin Discovery, are also within walking distance. In addition, guests felt very safe because the resort is within a gated area.
You’ll probably spend some time by the water, so don’t miss out having drinks at the poolside bar, which is also next to the beach. Guests loved the location and the atmosphere, adding that it’s a wonderful place to chill out and enjoy a drink. In addition, guests also enjoyed the other bar and restaurants onsite.
Guests really loved their spacious rooms and their private terrace with hammocks and Jacuzzi tubs.
While the overall staff at the resort gets many good reviews, the bar and restaurant service gets many complaints. Guests say the dining facilities often have slow service, and are also apparently understaffed, since it can be hard to flag down a waiter when you need one.
Guests were not too impressed with the onsite spa. The space is small and outdated, and doesn’t really produce that relaxing spa atmosphere.
