Guests say that the staff at the hotel is polite and cordial. Nothing was too much trouble for them and staff members took care of every need of the guest. Guests specially mentioned the staff at breakfast and the bar as all the members were friendly, helpful and cheerful while attending to the guests.

Many guests find the bathrooms dirty, old fashioned and smelly. The shower takes ages to set to the right temperature and the shower curtains are dirty. Hot water is not available most of the time. Guests said that the towels are smelly and the toilets did not flush properly.
