The staff members here are friendly and helpful and always ready to assist the guests in any way possible, to make their stay enjoyable and comfortable. It has been observed that the staff is extremely polite and a credit to the hotel. The night porter has been mentioned as being particularly helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and there are several disability-friendly rooms.
Some of the guests felt that the size of the TV in the room was small for the size of the room. Another guest was annoyed when on booking a double room, she and her partner got two single beds pushed together, which kept coming apart.
