Upon arrival at The Cumberland Hotel, guests will find themselves at the hands of very helpful members of staff. They assist with as much as they can, seeing through guest requests, and meeting any needs wherever they can.
With it's location, not many would expect the hotel to have such well-priced accommodation. Guests will find that although there are cheaper option in the area, The Cumberland Hotel offers exactly what one needs, without charging an arm and a leg.
As with most smaller hotel buildings, guests may expect the bathroom to be on the smaller side. Luckily, at The Cumberland Hotel, guests will find no such thing. The bathrooms are spacious, and offer guests an area where cleaning up is comfortable.
The furnishings in the rooms could use an upgrade. Guests who are used to staying in more modernized hotels will find that The Cumberland Hotel offers more of an old-world comfort, with a lot of floral prints everywhere.
Guests with active upstairs neighbors will find themselves not too relaxed. Unfortunately, noisy floorboards lead to creaking, and guests downstairs will be able to hear this, which could be rather annoying.
Unfortunately, in the rooms, guests will find that the Wi-Fi signal is rather poor, and wavers in and out, causing guests to lose connection constantly. And if this is something one is relying on, this fact alone can ruin one's stay.
