The Wi-Fi is very convenient to guests as is fairly fast and the signal is strong in both the rooms and public areas. Many had an enjoyable experience browsing the internet.

The hotel's staff members are very friendly, always smiling and really go out of their way to help guests. They pay careful attention to the guests and do their best to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The hotel offers great value for money. Similar hotels in the area have a much higher bill. A majority of guests felt that the hotel lived up to their expectations for a budget hotel.

Housekeeping was not very thorough

A number of guests have raised issue regarding the cleanliness of their rooms. Bathrooms were poorly maintained, leaking air conditioners and toilets have been found dirty on several occasions by guests who had just checked in.

Parking was a bit of a hassle

Even though the public parking lot was conveniently situated, a number of guests felt that greatly inconvenienced as it was a bit difficult finding a spot especially on weekends with the influx of locals in the area.

Rooms are not well insulated against sound

Guests complained about the sound insulation in the rooms. Loud chats and footsteps carried easily into the apartments. The walls of a few apartments are so thin and you could easily hear what's going on next door.
