The hotel is very popular with groups of pilgrims, and other large groups - both of adults and children. Large groups, especially of children, tend to be boisterous, and several guests complained that their sleep was disturbed by groups making a great deal of noise deep into the night. While perhaps not the most serious of accusations, the complaint that there were not enough towels for the number of guests came up surprisingly often. The reason for this is unknown, but guest may need to ask for more towels, or even bring their own.
