One King West Hotel & Residence (Toronto, Canada)

All rooms are large and decorated in a stylish and modern manner that suits the cosmopolitan city setting of the hotel. The kitchenette is similarly modern and well-equipped, providing everything that will replicate the comforts of home. Guests can relax in their separate sitting area or look out their window and take in views of the Toronto cityscape. The beds are also large and comfortable, with supportive mattresses, premium bedding and plush pillows that will aid in a sound night's sleep.

Guests were impressed with the modern, high-quality facilities but also with the fact that the hotel maintained its beautiful, historical architecture. The hotel is picturesque and gorgeous to take in, with its high ceilings and elegant décor.

The staff are extremely friendly and personable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. All staff members, from those working on the 24-hour front desk to those in the on-site restaurant and lounge bar, provide excellent customer service and are happy to accommodate guests, ensuring that their stay is an enjoyable and comfortable one.

Some guests found that the towels and sheets in their rooms were stained or dirty and they found this disappointing however a large number of guests found the standard of cleanliness to be of a high standard.

Parking proved to be an issue for a number of guests who found it hard to find the nearby parking facilities and did not want to pay an additional charge for the use of a valet service.

A number of guests found that they could hear the goings-on in the hallways either from other guests or cleaning staff and they found this to be somewhat annoying. However, the vast majority of guests would recommend staying at this hotel.
