The freeway runs right by the hotel, and the traffic noise continues throughout the night. It's not great for those that are used to a quiet bedroom, and unfortunately, the rooms don't seem to be soundproofed at all.
The air con units are located in the rooms and are quite old and noisy. If you have one of these units at home then this shouldn't be a problem but for some guests the noise is too much to bear, and they find it difficult to sleep.
