Though the hotel provides a well-designed nutritious breakfast, there is no proper restaurant from where the guests can order meals for the rest of the day. There is a lack of options as only ready-made meals are available. However, many good restaurants and bars are located in close vicinity.

There is no swimming pool at the The Suite Novotel Rouen Normandie, although it is a four-star property. Guests felt a bit disappointed with the lack of an outdoor pool.

Although the bathroom had a separate bath and shower cabin, some guests felt that that the toilet was quiet small and almost seemed like an airplane-toilet which is cramped.
