The hostel is located in the centre of the city. Staying here puts you close to the train station and bus station so you won't have to haul your luggage around for long. There are many bars and restaurants nearby so there are plenty of options to choose from if you want to eat.
Having air conditioning in the rooms is definitely a good idea. The area around the hostel is very busy even at night so it can be very noisy with the windows open. The beds and pillows are also comfortable.
The staff is only present for a certain period after which you're on your own. If you arrive late, you'll have to take your key from a nearby hotel. This also means that there is no one to assist in case of any problem which would be important considering the number of people who have lost one or two items.
The Wi-Fi is only accessible in the reception area so unless you're using your device there, it will not be of much use to you.
There is a lot at this hostel that needs urgent maintenance. The plumbing situation in many of the bathrooms is terrible. Getting a room with a shower inside may not be as nice as you think once water overflows into the room. There are many electrical outlets that don't work and something needs to be done about improving the level of soundproofing.
