The staff at this hotel are both polite and cordial in relation to dealing with their guests. Guests noted that staff were only too happy to help in assisting their quick transit to the airport or in recommending things to do in Zürich.

The shuttle service offered by this hotel is quick efficient and turns around every 10-minutes. Shuttles run from the early morning until late in the evening. Alternatively, the friendly staff will also organize a taxi should you wish.

A number of sites indicate that Wi-Fi is free at this 5-star hotel. Wi-Fi is free in all public areas. Free Wi-Fi also comes as standard in superior and executive rooms but not in standard rooms. Guests noted their frustration with having to pay for Wi-Fi when they found themselves accommodated in standard rooms, where it is not included in the tariff.

Guests have had mixed experiences with the air-conditioning at this hotel. Some guests report that the air-conditioning units where too noisy, some did not have a functional air-conditioning unit, others were too hot and other guests too cold. Guests noted that the hotel struggles to maintain consistent temperate environment.

Unfortunately some non-smoking visitors to the hotel where checked into smoking rooms. Depending on the vacancy at the time, some guests where able to be moved immediately, whilst others found themselves stuck in rooms where smokers would be at home.
