Guests were very pleased with the prompt services offered by the courteous staff. They did not mind lending a helping hand at any hour of the day. Some of the guests traveling with elderly parents were touched when the front desk staff assigned them a room nearby without being asked to. They genuinely cared for the comfort of their guests.
Rooms were very clean and well-furnished. They were quiet, spacious and guests could move around comfortably. Beds and pillows were very comfortable ensuring a good nights’ sleep. Sheets were soft and smooth. Bathrooms were also big, plus the shower was very nice and hot. There were adequate number of towels that were not worn out.
Elderly guests and guests traveling with lots of luggage found it very inconvenient to climb the stairs in the absence of an elevator. Few guests felt that the back door of their rooms was not very secure as they could easily walk out and back without using the door key.
The air conditioners were very loud, which caused a lot of disturbance when the guests tried to sleep.
As per many guests, the breakfast could do with some improvement. It was meager and didn’t have too many options to choose from.
