Guests comment that the best thing about this accommodation is its proximity to the centre of Norwich including the train station. Everything seems to be within walking distance, and the hotel seems to be easy to find and accessible.
A few guests comment that parking is available and included in the price of the room, which seems to be a real commodity in the centre of the city of Norwich. Guests seem to have to register their cars with the hotel in order to avoid a fine.
A number of guests comment that the hotel is competitively priced for the area, particularly considering how close it is to the centre of Norwich. Guests comment that rooms and bathrooms are of a decent size and feel spacious.
There are a few reviews documenting problems with the showers. Guests comment that showers are very weak, reportedly offering little more than a dribble, and that the shower and temperature fixtures are difficult to control.
