Naturally, this hotel attracted air passengers due to its handy location close to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. Guests appreciated the free airport shuttle bus which took less than ten minutes to reach the terminal. Many reviewers found the location off the A1 road on the edge of Roissy-en-France village to be quiet. Motorists also appreciated the ample parking on-site, although some were unhappy that it wasn't free. Sightseers were about 30 minutes' drive north of central Paris, depending on traffic. Some reviewers managed to reach the station for trains for downtown Paris by using the free shuttle bus, which also stopped at the nearby Aeroville indoor shopping mall.

Most reviewers were members of the park-sleep-fly crowd. Many were satisfied with the accommodation for a short stay, describing the rooms as more than adequately spacious and comfortable with cozy beds.
