Built in 1920, the hotel has four floors and no lift. Many guests comment on the unpleasant business of lugging suitcases up the stairs. Though the hotel does have a ramp at the front entrance, a few disabled parking spots, and a limited number of accessible rooms on the ground floor, several guests with mobility concerns found the hotel a bit difficult to navigate.

The hotel is not air-conditioned, and several guests reported a restless night due to the room temperature. A few others had concerns with water temperature.
