Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are really pretty small
A great many guests complained about the diminutive size of the guest rooms here. Evidently, getting a suitcase into your room is quite a challenge, while opening it and unpacking takes things to a whole other level!
negative:
In-room air-conditioning isn't so good
It has been noted that the air-conditioning units in the guest rooms are more like fans - ineffective fans - than anything else. Suffice to say, very few guests appreciated having to sleep in a hot, muggy room, more so when opening a window isn't really an option
negative:
Service needs to improve
Numerous visitors have been less-than-impressed by the surly, disinterested and sometimes even quite abrupt service they have received at this hotel. The team at reception were deemed the biggest culprits.
