Majestic Plaza Hotel Prague (Prague, Czech Republic)

The buffet breakfast served at Majestic Plaza features a wide range of fresh, delicious hot and cold items that are expertly-prepared. There is something for everyone, including excellent coffee.

Guests reported that the rooms are very modern and spacious with tasteful decor and furnishings. Also reported was soundproof walls, luxurious bathrooms with deep tubs, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds and Wi-Fi that always works.

Staff members at this hotel provide a warm welcome to guests upon their arrival and they continue to be friendly and helpful throughout an entire visit. Guests reported that they have no problem providing information about the area and going out of their way to ensure guests are enjoying their stay.

The rooms are in need of some updating with some guests reporting a few issues with the rooms including a smell of stale cigarette smoke, Wi-Fi that doesn't work, tattered towels, stained carpet and uncomfortable beds.

The staff at Majestic Plaza Prague are unwelcoming, unfriendly and don't seem interested in accommodating guests. Also reported was staff who never smile, staff who try to charge guests for room changes when there are issues with their original room and staff who don't apologize when things go wrong.

Some guests reported that they were sent to a sister hotel because this hotel was overbooked. Many of these guests reported that they had made booking well in advance and were still turned away and no incentive was offered to them for their troubles.
