The Wi-Fi connection is pretty fair

Guests were pleased with the hotel's wireless internet connectivity. Fairly strong signal is in most public areas as well as in rooms. Good speeds were easily maintained throughout a browsing period.

The hotel is perfectly located in a lively part of the district with many amenities nearby such as restaurants, bars and cafes. Guests can enjoy free shuttle to Nana BTS Skytrain Station and Bumrungrad Hospital. Guests can also catch a flight at Suvarnabhumi Airport that's less than an hour drive away.

Resourceful, multilingual and helpful staff

The members of staff are very caring and friendly. Majority of the employees are confident in a number of languages and this is encouraging for international guests. This makes guests to feel comfortable to interact with the staff and also to express their concerns.

A number of guests were put off by the absence of leisure facilities such as swimming pool and gym. Some felt not well accommodated when it came to leisure activities.
