LuksLofts is a boutique luxury hotel in Batangas City with only 11 Loft Style residences. Each loft is meticulously designed and decorate to blend contemporary styling, modern technology, open floor-plan and designer furnishings for convenience, comfort and relaxed living. The access to the loft is strictly using facial recognition integrated with main entrance automatic sliding door. The ground floor features a digitally controlled large wave swimming pool with Jacuzzi and set of elegantly designed staircase leading to an each bedroom. Each bedroom is enclosed with a transparent floor to ceiling glass wall with motion sensing automatic doors overlooking the swimming pool. Both bedrooms are equipped with 49" TV with Digital Butler, interactive video doorbell monitor, electric privacy blinds, walk-in closets, and exquisitely designed queen size bed adorned with memory foam mattresses, premium linens, vanity and a wireless tablet for communications. Bathroom is an escape within itself featuring a rain shower, bidet and vanity mirror cabinet etc. Ground floor showcases full size wave pool crowned with a digital fireplace and Finnish wood sauna.
