The host at the hotel, and the staff in general, was especially well received by previous guests. From a warm welcome with complimentary drinks to obliging with all needs at breakfast time, the host is attentive to all requests and requirements.
While the rooms at the hotel were praised overall, the beds were especially well received. The beds are noted as being very comfortable and the linen is of an extremely high-quality – something that is rare to see in small budget hotels.
Lolly’s Hotel offers parking for its guests, but the facilities are limited. Not only is there a severe lack of spaces available, but the parking is scant in that it is on the pavement and not in a dedicated area. Paid parking, however, is available nearby.
One of the main problems with the hotel is that some of the rooms do not include an en-suite as part of the package. With that said, there have been no notable problems with the shared bathrooms from past guests.
