Leopold Hotel Ostend (Ostend, Belgium)

The breakfast was thought to be a nice morning meal by many guests who enjoyed the continental style meal. They liked the colourful and bright dining room that had cool murals. There was a good variety for most guests.

Many guests liked the art deco style of the hotel and the renovations made by the hotel. The hotel has been recently renovated and refurbished, and guests could tell this occurred. They enjoyed the modern common areas such as the bars and the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

The staff members were found to be friendly and kind for most guests who enjoyed their stay thanks to the kind staff. They gave them good information of the area such as places to eat out. They also offer tips on the area.

The rooms were found to be too noisy by some guests who could not ignore the noises coming from outside. Whether it was traffic or next door neighbours, the noise was not blocked well by the walls.

Some guests found the rooms to be too small for them. They did not have enough room to put their luggage and move around comfortably. They felt the rooms did not give a good vibe because of the size.

Some guests felt the room temperatures were a bit uncomfortable give it was either too hot old cold for them. Sometimes the heating didn't work well or the air-conditioning and they had to get an extra blanket or open the windows.
