The rooms here are spotless. There is a daily housekeeping service and high standards of cleanliness are maintained.

Apart from cleanliness, a good service staff is a great asset to a hotel. The staff members here tick all the boxes where staff requirements are concerned because they are friendly, helpful, committed and professional.

Guests have described the food here as cheap, tasty and having plenty of choice. This hotel seems to have a very high standard in everything and the food is no exception. With plenty of choice on the menu, there is no doubt that the widest range of guests’ tastes can be accommodated.

Some guests realized, on arrival, that their air-conditioning unit was not working. The electricity seems to be at fault in general in the room, because their fridge was also not working. Moreover, the staff at the 24-hour desk were very slow to respond to this emergency and the guests had to stay all night in a sweltering room.

There is 24-hour reception here, yet a couple who arrived at 3.30 am were given to understand that they were causing inconvenience to the hotel.

A guest had come to spend time with family and requested two adjoining rooms. However, on reaching the hotel, she noticed that her request had not been granted and had not been noted. Furthermore, the second room was on another floor and the whole point of the holiday had been spending time together with family.
