Numerous visitors have gushed over the views afforded from their balcony. truly, looking out over the river toward the city's impressive skyscraper-laden skyline, especially at night, is a treat that never gets dull.

Many guests noted that, even during very busy periods, the unflappable staff members at the front desk manage to maintain an enthusiastic, methodical and welcoming attitude at all times. The diligent and usually quite swift way the receptionists resolved queries or problems was also appreciated.

The vast majority of visitors who've stayed here have been very impressed by the overall state of cleanliness within the accommodations. Evidently, the guest rooms here are about as spotless as spotless gets.

Despite the presence of a bus stop just across the street, very few travellers liked the fact that this hotel is located a good two miles south of the city centre, or that the nearest tram and metro stops are a 15-20-minute stroll away. The shortage of restaurants and bars in the vicinity was also highlighted as an issue.

This is a busy business hotel and as such there's often a rush of people to-ing and fro-ing in the morning and late afternoon. Unfortunately, many of these individuals get needlessly delayed as the lifts here are lacking in number and in space (they're pretty small). Needless to say, this has infuriated a great many visitors.

Numerous disgruntled visitors have found the in-room air-conditioning units here to be, at best; weak, and, at worst; redundant. Not good during the summer months.
