Many guests who've stayed in accommodations at the front of the hotel have had their slumber disturbed bypassing traffic and screeching trams on the busy street below. Those staying in rear-facing rooms had no such concerns.
The complimentary Wi-Fi provided here is, evidently, not very fast. Unsurprisingly, few visitors liked the idea of having to upgrade to the hotel's paid Wi-Fi to enjoy decent speeds.
A very high proportion of visitors were incredulous that this hotel has no air-conditioning. It was noted that this can be a big problem as the building as a whole tends to get very hot and stuffy during the summer months.
