Le Zenith is a three-star hotel set in landscaped gardens and orange groves. It is located in the bustling tourist city of Hammamet. There are 135 bright rooms including suites. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and telephones. All the rooms also have en suite bathrooms and balconies with pool and/or garden views. TVs with satellite channels can be rented. Le Zenith hotel has a fitness centre, a sauna and tennis courts. There are two outdoor swimming pools and a beautiful garden as well. Other amenities include front desk services, animation theatre, a kids’ club and access to a private beach. There is a restaurant ‘Calypso’, serving International cuisine. Nautilus bar Zenith serves refreshing cocktails while the Moorish café serves mint tea and Turkish coffee. The hotel also serves continental breakfast at a charge. Hammamet train station and Flipper water park are both just a ten-minute drive from the hotel.
The rooms in the hotel are well maintained and kept very clean. There is enough space in the rooms, beds are comfortable and the sheets are changed daily. The rooms also have balconies with garden or poolside views which adds up to the nice atmosphere.
Guests were impressed by the animation theatre in the hotel. There were amazing animations displayed in the hotel.
Reception staff and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. They were always available to help the guests. The hotel is located in the major tourist city in Tunisia near the highway with lots of restaurants around. Local transport is also easily accessible from the hotel, thus guests found it as an ideal base for travelling around in the city.
Though the rooms were clean, guests were not happy about the facilities provided. There were no TVs, guests had to pay rent for the same, even the air-conditioning in the rooms was not working properly. There were no fridges as well and the Wi-Fi in the rooms was down most of the time.
The hotel serves a continental breakfast as well as lunch and evening meals. There was very little variety being offered for all the meals. Guests said that in comparison to the variety and quality of food served, the food was expensive. Local restaurants in the nearby area were much cheaper.
Most of the guests said that there was too much of noise coming in from the nightclub in the hotel as well as from the street. The walls of the room were very thin, thus even the voice of guests from adjacent rooms were clearly audible.
